In Loving Memory of Fifi Cenat
Fifi Cenat, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt, passed away peacefully on June 13, 2024, at the age of 63. Her journey began in Cort de Fer, Haiti, where she bravely ventured alongside her husband, Ferries Cenat, to seek new opportunities and a better life for their family in the United States.
Despite facing numerous challenges, Fifi remained a pillar of strength throughout her life. Over 20 years ago, she encountered adversity with a stroke, yet she courageously battled onward, demonstrating resilience that inspired all who knew her. In the face of subsequent health trials, including another stroke and a courageous fight against cervical cancer, Fifi continued to embody determination and grace.
Fifi’s legacy extends beyond her personal challenges; she was a loving mother who cherished her family above all else. Her unwavering faith and boundless love enriched the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know her. Through her delicious cuisine, infectious laughter, wise advice, and comforting presence, Fifi touched the hearts of many and left an indelible mark on her community.
Fifi is survived by her devoted husband of 46 years, Ferries Cenat; her loving children and their spouses, Holrich Cenat, Arline (Ronald) Cenat, Frenel (Juna) Cenat, Miller (Dacia) Cenat, and Grace Cenat; her brother Sones Dacelin; grandchildren Jahmeris Cenat (20), Romell Dorcin (19), Keithen Cenat (16), Rojhan Dorcin (14), Makai Cenat (4), Melodie Moss (3), and Tayva Cenat (1); extended family, and friends. Fifi’s memory will forever remain in our hearts, a testament to the power of love, perseverance, and faith.
A celebration of Fifi’s life will be held on Friday, June 28, 2024, with visitation and prayer service taking place from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Bride of Christ Tabernacle, 202 NE 11th Avenue, Boynton Beach, Florida. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 29, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at Bride of Christ Tabernacle, 202 NE 11th Avenue, Boynton Beach, Florida.
